Christmas Set Hire — BYO Photographer
$250 | 1 hour
Already have a photographer? Enjoy an hour in our styled Christmas set and create your photos your way.
Includes access to the space and Christmas set. Photography, camera equipment, editing and images are arranged with your own photographer and are not included.
Minimum booking: 1 hour.
Photographer Block — 2 Hours
$450 | Save $50
Bring your clients and run your own Christmas sessions over a two-hour block.
You manage your client bookings, photography, pricing and editing. We provide the space and styled Christmas set.
Photographer Block — 4 Hours
$800 | Save $200
Reserve a longer block for multiple client sessions, with time to plan your own schedule and workflow.
You manage your clients and photography; we provide four hours of access to the space and styled Christmas set.
Before you book
All prices include GST.
Each family session accommodates up to 6 people. Please contact us before booking for larger groups.
For mini sessions, please arrive 10 minutes early, dressed and ready.
For set hire and photographer blocks, setup, client changeovers and pack-down must fit within your booked time.
Please leave the set as you found it and ask our team before moving props.
Set hire and photographer blocks do not include a photographer, camera equipment, editing or images.

Rescheduling & cancellations
More than 7 days before your session: Cancel for a full refund.
Between 72 hours and 7 days before your session: Cancel for a 50% refund.
Within 72 hours: Cancellations and missed appointments are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: You may move your booking once at no charge with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to available Christmas session times.
Unexpected illness: Please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate a change, subject to availability.
Late arrivals: Your session will finish at its original scheduled time, so please arrive 10 minutes early.
If we cancel: You can choose an alternative available session or a full refund.
These conditions do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
